Digital Product Refund Policy (China)

This store sells digital books and other digital products delivered electronically. No physical return is required.

30-day request window

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@traxyshop.com. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

Eligible requests

We will provide a refund or replacement for duplicate charges; corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible files that we cannot resolve; or a digital product that is materially different from its product-page description.

Other requests, including change-of-mind requests, will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shopify or your payment provider may take 5-10 business days to post the funds.

After a refund

After receiving a refund, please stop using and delete any downloaded copies. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
